In an interview, Curtis defended Salonga, saying the international star did not say anything bad about her.
Salonga earlier explained on Twitter that she was only misquoted by a reporter from a TV network.
She has accepted TV5's apology via the microblogging site.
"Out of respect kay ate Lea, tigilan na natin 'to. Marami kasing nagagalit sa kanya sa Internet. I believe she was misunderstood by TV5," Curtis said.
After clearing the issue, Curtis announced that she will stage a concert in Cebu this April.
The actress, who is celebrating her 27th birthday, also shared her blessings with cancer patients from Childhouse.
"It's important to share your blessings lalo pa't marami na ang binigay sa 'yo," she said.
Aside from a film, Curtis is set to do a series titled "Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw" with Kris Aquino and Robin Padilla.
